When will I receive my order and how much will the shipping cost?
We generally ship the same day your order is placed. If your order submitted prior to 2:30pm Pacific Time. It is usually takes 3-6 business days to receive your order via UPS ground, depending on your locations.
We offer free shipping over $150 purchase. Under this amount we offer a variety of shipping options and a reasonable flat rate shipping charges regardless of your order size.
Returns Policy and Warranty
Compatible or Remanufactured Ink or Cartridges and Supplies
Based on our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, TonerMoM will accept returns of compatible or Remanufactured ink and toner cartridges for full credit if the returned product has a valid return authorization number and is received in our warehouse within 3months of original shipping date. All non-defective product must be returned with complete original shipping and product packaging material and contents, and the product and packaging must be in original “as shipped” condition, unless the customer is dissatisfied with print quality. If there is a confirmed print quality issue, only 1set of open products will be accepted for credit returns, and only if less than 30% of the ink or toner has been used. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges and insurance associated with returns for credit. All returns for credit/refunds are limited to the total amount actually paid on the original order.
TonerMoM will replace defective compatible or remanufactured products free of charge if the products are returned within 3months of the original ship date and return shipping tag for return of the product.
All defective products that are returned under warranty will be inspected prior to replacement approval. We will not accept returned products that exhibit evidence of tampering or physical damage due to customer use, or were purchased from different vendor. In addition, we will not accept ink or toner cartridges as defective if more than 50% of the ink or toner has been used.
